The yard your stuff passes through — and the forklift that makes it easy.
Unit O isn't a corporate warehouse with a lobby. It's our yard in west Eugene: trucks, blankets, straps, pallet racking and a forklift, five minutes off Highway 99. If your closing date slips or the new place isn't ready, your things sit here — wrapped, inventoried, and under our own roof instead of a stranger's.
It's also why container work is easy for us. Empty PODS, U-Boxes, freight pallets, flooring bundles — we've got the gear to load them level and tight, not the guesswork of two guys and a hand truck.

A hot tub, a wet deck, and a walk ramp we built on the spot.
The homeowner had called three companies. Two said no, one never called back. We drove out on a grey November morning, looked at the deck, the door swing and the drop to the driveway, and built a ramp path out of aluminum walk boards before anybody touched the tub.
Strapped, blanketed, shrink-wrapped, then walked down inch by inch with a guy on each corner and one calling the pace. Nobody slipped, no rail got clipped, and the deck boards were still intact when we pulled out. That thumbs-up on the ramp is the whole job in one photo.

A five-bedroom estate, two trucks, and a driveway we had to choreograph.
Big houses aren't harder because of the square footage — they're harder because of the staging. This one had a circular drive, a detached garage, and a delivery window that couldn't slip. We backed our 26-footer to the front door, ran a rental alongside it for overflow, and split the crew so packing never stopped while loading ran.
By late afternoon the house was empty, the floors were still clean, and nothing in either truck had moved an inch. Same playbook we run on a studio apartment on Willamette Street — just more hands and a bigger plan.
